Each transaction gets one of four labels:

Likely taxable Strong signals of income — salary, fees, rent received

Non-taxable Clearly an expense — airtime, subscriptions, purchases

Depends Needs more context — transfer from a named person, etc.

Needs review Description too brief to classify confidently
